Who We Help

Personalized Support for Weight, Metabolic Health, and Midlife

Capital Healing serves adults throughout Alabama who want personalized medical guidance for concerns that are often interconnected. Instead of focusing on one symptom alone, Doctor Hudson considers your medical history, current health, lifestyle, and goals together.

Care may be appropriate if you are:

  • Struggling to lose weight or maintain previous weight loss
  • Considering whether weight loss medication may be appropriate
  • Managing high blood pressure, high cholesterol, prediabetes, or type 2 diabetes
  • Concerned about fatty liver disease or other metabolic health risks
  • Experiencing changes associated with perimenopause or menopause
  • Looking for practical support with nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress, and other daily behaviors
  • Seeking ongoing physician guidance instead of another temporary or one-size-fits-all program

Capital Healing provides focused medical care for weight, metabolic health, and midlife concerns. These services complement rather than replace routine primary care or gynecologic care.

Paying for Care

Payment Options for Alabama Patients

Patients receiving care while located in Alabama may use traditional Medicare when eligible. Coverage and patient responsibility depend on the individual’s benefits and should be confirmed before scheduling.

We Accept Traditional Medicare + Self-Pay

Self-pay visits and membership options are also available. Commercial insurance plans and Medicare Advantage plans are not currently accepted for care outside North Carolina. Medication, laboratory studies, and certain additional services may be billed separately. Visit the Pricing page for current self-pay rates and membership details.
